We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People XD HR & Payroll Project Implementation Manager to continue the implementation of our new People XD HR & Payroll system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation project, from planning and execution to training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the People XD HR & Payroll system, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and define project objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
- Oversee change management activities to minimize resistance and maximize user adoption.
- Coordinate integration with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including testing and validation, to ensure the system functions correctly and meets quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance after the system is implemented, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR and payroll systems implementation.
- Extensive experience with People XD HR & Payroll or similar HR and payroll software systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex implementation projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
